OVERVIEW OF PROBLEMS ON THE WAY OF FORMING ORC IN THE CHUVASH REPUBLIC AND ADVANTAGES OF ITS FUNCTIONING

The experience of using wholesale logistics centers is widely developed abroad. In Russia, the logistics services market is at an initial level of development — it is not formed, not structured and in most cases is not transparent. There is no reliable statistical information on the volume of the market in Russia, the structure of services and income, standards for logistics services.
However, the globalization of the world economic system, the desire of manufacturers to minimize costs, accelerate the flow of «money-goods-money», combined with the desire of consumers to receive goods of the highest quality in the shortest possible time, have led to the fact that in the modern world more and more attention is paid to the issues of logistics, its development and optimization.
As part of the import substitution policy, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture is also aiming at a solid logistics infrastructure. Wholesale distribution centers should serve as a new round of rural development.
